Case Study: 700 Custom San Judas Baseball Jerseys, Door to Door

Two designs, 350 pieces each, embroidered in-house: how a San Judas jersey and a Mexican crest jersey went from a WhatsApp photo to a confirmed order.

Some of the most meaningful custom jerseys we make are not for leagues - they are cultural and faith pieces. This order combined both: two black full-button baseball jerseys with green trim, built around embroidered artwork of San Judas Tadeo and the Mexican coat of arms.

The design: faith stitched in eight thread colors

The client wanted MEXICO lettering across the chest and two different backs: one with San Judas standing inside a golden wheat wreath with radiating rays, one with the eagle-and-snake national crest on a cactus. Every element - lettering, figure, banner, wreath - was embroidered, no printing. The figure alone uses eight thread colors to get the robe, staff, halo and banner shading right.

Sampling with progress videos

Once the mockup was confirmed, we stitched the sample on our in-house embroidery machines and sent short videos of the San Judas figure running under the needle - the same photo and video updates we send through every production run. The client's reply to the sample photos was one word: Wow. Then: Yeah.

The order and the delivery

The client confirmed both designs at 350 pieces each - 700 embroidered jerseys at about 10 US dollars per piece - shipped door to door with duties and taxes included. Production ran about 15 days; sea freight to their door took about 35 more.
Want the same treatment for your design? If you have artwork with cultural or religious detail, embroidery rewards it - every thread is visible up close, which is exactly where your fans will look. Send us the design and we will tell you honestly whether to embroider it, print it, or split the difference.
