Where This Product Fits
Custom blankets are a core gift line for sports clubs and brand merchandise. We print, embroider and sew them in our own factory: full-color artwork on fleece, heat-transfer printing on quilted double-sided styles, and textured minky dot fabric. We can pack blankets with a custom ribbon and gift card for retail-ready gifting.
Fabric, Sizes and Weights
Choose from three stock weights - 280gsm, 300gsm and 400gsm - and two standard sizes: 50 x 60 inches and 60 x 80 inches. Printed fleece carries full-color artwork edge to edge; quilted styles add diamond stitching and embroidery on one or both sides; minky dot fabric works as a double face.
How Ordering Works
Send your artwork, logo or photo and we return a mockup for approval before a physical sample. After you confirm the sample, production takes about 15 days and US door-to-door sea freight about 35 days, with duties and taxes included in the quote. Buyer tip: for holiday retail, allow about 50 days for production and sea freight plus extra time for sampling, and ask us to quote the ribbon-and-card packaging with your artwork on the card.
