Where This Jersey Fits
Embroidery raises your design off the fabric. Tackle-twill lettering, a saint figure inside a golden wreath, a national crest - these read as premium from across the field and reward a close look. A recent client chose this craft for two MEXICO jersey designs with cultural artwork and ordered 350 pieces of each.
Fabric and Construction
The same four in-stock fabrics work for embroidery: 140g mesh, 160g pique, 180g mesh and 200g mesh (4.1 to 5.9 oz per square yard). Dense artwork needs the support of the 180g and 200g knits. Lettering uses tackle twill or 3D embroidery; figures and crests are stitched in your chosen thread colors.
In-House Embroidery, In-House Quality
Our multi-head embroidery machines run on the factory floor - the same machines that produced the 700-piece San Judas order. Because sampling, embroidery and sewing stay under one roof, you get progress videos of your actual pieces running under the needle, not stock footage.
How Ordering Works
Send your design or idea and we return a mockup with thread colors mapped out. After you approve the sample, production takes about 15 days; US door-to-door sea freight adds about 35 days, with duties and taxes included in the quote. Buyer tip: detailed figures and lettering combinations cost more per piece than simple two-color lettering - send the artwork early and we will advise where embroidery pays off most.
