Where This Jersey Fits
This is the jersey for full-color team identities: gradients, mascots, pinstripes and sponsor logos dyed directly into the fabric with no added weight. A recent US team order used exactly this craft - 1,728 pieces across six colorways on 200g fabric, shipped door to door. It suits leagues, fan merchandise and corporate sports events that need many colors at a friendly price.
Fabric and Construction
Choose from four in-stock fabrics: 140g mesh, 160g pique, 180g mesh and 200g mesh (4.1 to 5.9 oz per square yard). All are polyester knits that accept sublimation dye, with a full-button baseball cut. Heavier weights add body and durability for full-season play; 140g keeps hot-weather games light.
How Ordering Works
Send your design, logo or sketch. We return a digital mockup for approval, then stitch or print a physical sample before mass production. Production takes about 15 days after confirmation, and sea freight to the USA takes about 35 days - door to door, with duties and taxes included in the quote.
What to Send for a Quote
Three inputs are all we need to quote: your artwork or idea, your quantity and size breakdown, and a preferred fabric weight. If you are unsure between crafts, we will quote the same design in sublimation and embroidery side by side so you can compare. Buyer tip: allow about 50 days for production and sea freight, plus extra time for sampling.
